WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Customs policies may vary from country to country. Non-commercial use or for personal usage of the products normally is exemption from custom duty.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER ARRIVED?
Shipping time varies with different countries, usually the delivery time is within 5-14 working days (Mon-Fri) in normal cases.
Please send us an e-mail to info@lv-collection.com if you would like to make a return. You can return the items for refund or free replacement. We will make refund to you by the method as you pay.
It is suggested to use shipping method with tracking number, and it is the responsibility of buyers until the items reach us.
